Selected seventh, eighth, and ninth grade Nashoba students played with the CDMMEA Jr District Festival Band, Chorus, and Orchestra this past weekend!
Cara Bean, cartoonist, art educator, and the author of Here I Am, I Am Me: An Illustrated Guide to Mental Health came to the library at the high school. Ms. Bean emphasized the therapeutic benefits of drawing, helping participants to relax, focus, and express themselves through drawing and comics. She provided practical techniques and exercises to develop drawing skills and boost creativity.

Congratulations to Nashoba DECA! Dulcie Chrystall-Dubois and Odile Berzonskis earned FIRST place in the world for Hospitality and Tourism Operations Research, bringing home Nashoba’s first-ever Glass trophy. Ryan Carr placed Top 10 for his Community Giving Campaign, and Zain Khan and Malik Shannak placed Top 15 for their Independent Business Plan! Check back next week for the full story!
Robotics and Drones Technology students visited Oakmont to compete in a robotics scrimmage!
NRHS students taking Bestsellers and Blockbusters, created an art installation as part of their analysis of their respective whole-class novels, Beartown by Fredrik Backman and All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. Students and staff spent time observing and voting for their favorite this week, it was a tight finish, but Beartown came in on top with 52.8% of the vote!
Sophomore students navigated housing, loans, pets, and more at today's Reality Fair!
District chorus students gathered from across the district for their annual Nashoba Sings concert! The group sat down for a pre-show pizza dinner.

the NRHS Counseling Department has created a Google Form that allows community members and organizations to submit volunteer opportunities, part-time jobs, and internships for NRHS students. Submissions are reviewed by the Counseling Department and then posted to the SchooLinks Opportunities Board for students. We invite our local businesses to submit opportunities!

45 NRHS students participated in a trip to Montreal! The trip aimed to give students a cultural experience beyond the classroom walls and a chance to exchange with native French speakers in an authentic context while learning about North American explorers, pastimes, and history.
The NRSD Jazz Program hosted their annual Nashoba Jazz Night the week before February break. The concert featured jazz bands from across the district, ranging from elementary to high school performers. The evening concluded with an NRSD District Jazz Ensemble performance of 2nd Line, a New Orleans Traditional jazz piece arranged by our own Nashoba Music Educators.
Nashoba Regional School District will be closed today, Monday, February 23rd, 2026, due to inclement weather.
