Intel Teach to the Future Program - July 2004, two teachers from Nashoba attended master training session. The district will offer Intel Teach to the Future Program during the 2004-2005 school year. - Grant Award for Math/Science Nashoba Regional High School
Spring 2004 - Math/Science Technology 25 student stations (Value of $35,000.00)- Job Shadow Day - Nashoba Student visit HP in Littleton, MA
NRHS students spend the day at HP in Littleton, observing, meeting and discussing career paths with HP employees.- Junior Achievement - HP has provided opportunities for students to develop the knowledge and personal characteristics that will prepare them for the world of work. HP supports the organization's Titan program, an eight-week internet-driven program that uses web-based simulation to engage students in managing a virtual business.
- HP invites Mary Marotta to attend Simmons School of Management Leadership Conference on Saturday, April 30th at the World Trade Center in Boston. Marotta has worked on several HP grants, and her sponsorship of the annual Groundhog Day visits to HP. The Simmons conference is one of the world's largest and most successful leadership conferences for women. Receiving an invitation is considered an honor, the conference is sold out.
Partners in Technology (PIT) at NRHS
PIT - a group of parents that work with the technology staff to assist with technical support and support of staff using technology.
